Frequently asked questions
Which provider should we use?
For most Dutch businesses selling domestically, Mollie is the simplest and cheapest for iDEAL. Stripe is stronger for subscriptions and international cards. Adyen makes sense at higher volume. We compare the real cost against your expected order mix before recommending one.
Do you handle our card data?
No, and neither should you. Card details are entered directly into the provider hosted fields, so they never touch your server. This keeps your PCI-DSS obligations to the lightest possible level.
Are transaction fees included in the price?
No. Our fee covers the integration work. The provider charges you separately per transaction, typically around €0,29 for an iDEAL payment or roughly 1,4% plus €0,25 for European cards. Those rates come from the provider, not from us.
Can you fix an integration someone else built?
Yes. Broken webhooks, failing subscription renewals, and missing invoices are common problems we take over. We start with a short audit so you know the cost before committing to the fix.
How long does it take?
A Basic integration is usually done within a week. Advanced takes one to two weeks, and Platform work two to four weeks depending on the payout rules. Provider account approval can add a few days and is outside our control.
